Job description

  • ERP (Dynamics) implementation Change program. 

  • Eastern Melbourne Suburbs. 

 

This recognisable Not-for-Profit organisation is embracing technology as it continually transforms and enhances its offering for both end-users and internal employees.  Being a NFP with a social mission, we are looking for likeminded people motivated to give back to the community.  

This project is focused on a phased implementation of an ERP platform (MS Dynamics) that needs a proven Change Analyst to ensure successful uptake of the new system.  The new ERP will have an impact on people, process and technology so we require Change Analyst passionate for delivering end-to-end change programs and experience on similar projects in the past.   

 

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver Change activities to deliver a Change strategy to ensure the successful implementation of the ERP project. 

  • Identify, engage, and manage stakeholder expectations for the ERP implementation.  

  • Develop Change analysis and business impact assessments, using stakeholder feedback to identify and close gaps. 

  • Generate stakeholder buy-in and organisational alignment to deliver business engagement and ensure change readiness.   

  • Accountable for delivering an effective change plan.  

  • Develop and implement communications strategies to a variety of stakeholder groups. 

  • Develop and implement training plans and training delivery solutions. 

  • Regular change reporting to your manager and key stakeholders, including the CIO and CFO. 

  • Understand and document the current state and future state. 

  • Liaise with the Finance department and Project team to identify additional requirements to help with effective implementation of the ERP. 

  • Enable sustainability and mitigate risks relation to change, particularly those affecting different stakeholder groups. 
     

Your Key Skills Required: 

  • Demonstrated experience planning and managing the end-to-end development, implementation and delivery of Change programs. 

  • You have PROSCI and/or ADKAR certifications for practical knowledge of tools and techniques for Change.  

  • You have proven success in delivering a Change program for an ERP implementation (preferably MS Dynamics).  

  • A proven track record as a Change Analyst collaborating with team members and other stakeholders at all levels to provide innovative Change solutions. 

  • Fantastic written and verbal communications skills.   

  • You enjoy working with collaborative and cross-functional Agile teams.   

  • Prior experience in the NFP sector is a major advantage.
