This recognisable national NFP is embracing a number of technological initiatives as part of its Digital Transformation Program which will see it implement Sharepoint. As such, to ensure successful uptake of this technology implementation across the business, our client is looking for a Change Manager with a track record of driving change programs for Sharepoint implementations.
Key Skills / Responsibilities:
Develop a Change plan for the Sharepoint implementation.
Facilitate the project team in rolling out Sharepoint across the business.
Understand and identify the current state of the business and future state requirements.
Identify and engage with stakeholders in offices and stations across the country
Develop and implement a training needs analysis, training plans and training delivery solutions.
Undertake business readiness assessment and stakeholder feedback analysis to identify and close gaps.
Develop and implement a communications plan.
Mitigate risk in relation to change, particularly those that affect different stakeholder groups.
Enable sustainability of the project change in the business.
A demonstrated record of achievement planning and managing the development, implementation and delivery of Change Management programs within a large, complex project environment and to tight timeframes
Must have proven success in executing a Change Management program for a Sharepoint rollout in a similar environment.
Extensive experience as a Change Management professional consulting with senior managers and staff at all levels of an organisation to provide pragmatic solutions to complex business projects particularly in relation to:
- change impact assessment
- business process design and documentation
- training needs analysis, plans and training delivery solutions
- organisational communication
- consultation processes
Highly developed analytical, conceptual, written communication and presentation skills including the ability to tailor the message to the needs and interests of the audience in complex reports, policy papers and written and verbal briefings.
Experience with relevant Change management methodology, including Prosci and Adkar.
Prior experience in the NFP sector is a major advantage.
