We are looking for an experienced receptionist or customer service agent who possesses the ability to conduct themselves in a professional, patient, kind and caring demeanour over the phone. The company is in the disability industry and this role will involve taking calls from potentially people who identify with disabilities as well as carers and family members. The enquiries will be around guiding them on what kind of support and care their loved ones need. 

Responsibilities  

  • Providing superior customer service through all available service channels (phone, web, email) within agreed SLA’s 
  • Collecting and maintaining correct customer data/records 
  • Qualify and capture leads and support with pipeline monitoring 
  • Provide accurate and timely information to help internal/external stakeholders and customers with ‘way-finding’ and ‘decision-making’ 
  • Reporting on customer service KPIs 
  • Reporting on customer insights

 
Requirements/Skills 

  • Strong inbound customer service or similar front of house experience 
  • Experience working in a services, healthcare or in disability services is preferred
  • Superior communication skills - patient, kind, compassionate 
  • Solution minded 
  • Be able to adapt language and technique depending on who you are speaking with
  • Experience working with NDIS highly advantageous 
  • ***Must have a currently/valid NDIS check + WWCC or willing to obtain**
