About the Company

My client is one of the world’s leading financial institutions who has offices all around the world. The are based right in the heart of the CBD, close to transportation, malls and cafes all around.

About the Role

  • Meet and greet clients on the client floor
  • Maintain a record of external clients and visitors
  • Liaise with internal and external clients
  • Coordinate/ Liaise with head waiter and catering suppliers
  • Maintain switchboard and direct calls to certain parties


Skills & Experience

  • My client is seeking a candidate who is:

  • Excellent communication
  • First class level of customer service
