About the company 
Our client are looking for a front desk receptionist to be the first point of contact over the phone and in greeting clients. Are you a professional, friendly and proactive Receptionist who also possesses strong admin abilities? Then this could be the role for you! 

The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  

  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls and address queries over the phone 
  • Greet clients and customers at reception 
  • High level administrative support to the team 
  • Support enquiries and put calls through to the relevant departments  
  • Support the project admin team 
  • Management of email, meeting rooms and online bookings 
  • Preparing of management reports
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments  
  • Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members 
  • Ad hoc duties 


  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, friendly
  • Experience working in a busy receptionist role advantageous
  • High attention to detail 
  • Competency with IT systems 
  • Must be well presented
