Day to Day Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
- Liaise with existing customers on a regular basis to build strong working relationships
- Proactively work with customers to generate sales
- Provide support to colleagues in a team environment
- Develop and maintain strong product and process knowledge
- Attend reseller and vendor social and training events
Experience needed:
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to provide sales advice for a range of products and services
- Ability to manage and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously
- Intermediate MS Office proficiency
- IT industry experience is desirable but not essential
