One of Australia’s largest Property, Construction and Engineering firms is looking for a Customer Service Liason for Customer appointments, information and to escalate issues as required.
Day to Day Duties:
- Provide first level support for Customers
- Delivery and scheduling of site tours
- Provide logistical, event or function support, including catering services
- Develop a knowledge of company policies, practices and personnel
- 3+ years’ experience in a highly Customer Focused role
- Previous experience of planning / organising or scheduling events
- Construction/Engineering/Property industry experience is desirable
- Salesforce database management experience is desirable
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to use judgement when assessing Customer issues and to use your understanding of the working environment for effective outcomes to customer needs.
- Experience providing support in an agile environment.
