Job description

One of Australia’s largest Property, Construction and Engineering firms is looking for a Customer Service Liason for Customer appointments, information and to escalate issues as required.

Day to Day Duties: 
 

  • Provide first level support for Customers
  • Delivery and scheduling of site tours
  • Provide logistical, event or function support, including catering services
  • Develop a knowledge of company policies, practices and personnel


Experience needed:
 

  • 3+ years’ experience in a highly Customer Focused role
  • Previous experience of planning / organising or scheduling events
  • Construction/Engineering/Property industry experience is desirable
  • Salesforce database management experience is desirable
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to use judgement when assessing Customer issues and to use your understanding of the working environment for effective outcomes to customer needs.
  • Experience providing support in an agile environment.
