I am currently looking for experienced Customer Service/Call Centre consultants for a permanent role in Parramatta. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment in a brand new team - multiple roles available. This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills. To be considered for this role you must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

About You:  

  • Minimum 1-2 years previous Customer Service experience required, ideally this experience will be within a call centre or face to face environment
  • Must have had experience in a similar Customer focused role with inbound calls and enquiries
  • Must have excellent customer service skills - both written and verbal
  • Team player
  • Previous experience in responding to telephone and email based enquiries
  • Good knowledge of Computer systems

About the Role:

  • To provide clear communication and link between Head Office and its Customers
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Handling incoming enquiries/complaints
  • Processing internal orders
  • Receive customer queries and communicate effectively to resolve queries in a timely manner
  • Proactive Customer Engagement to support sales as required
  • Admin of CRM
  • High attention to detail 
  • Experience in problem solving
