About the Company

Working for one of Australia’s largest property firms who work on award winning projects within communities, retail and workplaces who aspire to continue to create a place for their people and the broader community. With an immediate start, two Customer Service Officers are required working for one of their key retail providers where you will be reporting into the Centre Manager, contently located north of Melbourne’s CBD.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Answering calls and emails for the centre 
  • Assisting customer queries 
  • Processing centre gift cards 
  • Supporting the Marketing Team 
  • Producing reports 
  • General Office administration duties

About you: ·

  • Prior customer service/concierge experience within retail or a shopping centre ·
  • Strong office administration skills 
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written 
  • Team player 
  • Strong MS office skills
