About the role 

This is a Temporary opportunity for someone with a high level of Customer Service skills. You will play a critical role in being the key liaison between the Management and Customer Service Team in a busy retail environment.

Day to Day Duties:

  • Answer and Direct customer and retailer calls to the relevant departments
  • Help customers with directions and general queries
  • You will also help customers with scooters
  • Selling Gift cards
  • Assist with parking issues


Experience needed:

To be considered for this role you will be an exceptional communicator who is confident, professional and has a strong focus on customer service. Your duties will encompass a wide variety of administrative activities, you will also be the first point of contact for customers. 

Eligibility

The ideal candidate will come from a customer facing role and is already comfortable with people. If you have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet the above criteria, please apply. You must also be available for an interview week commencing 28th September 2020.
