About the CompanyWe are looking for an experienced multiple Customer Service Representative to join a NSW government client based in Gosford on a 6 month contract.
About the Role
- Delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication and attention to detail.
- Utilising intermediate computer skills across various operating systems.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer journey.
- A strong understanding of confidential information handling, adhering to organizational and legal standards.
- 8:30am-5pm rotating roster Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
