About the role
Our client, based within the education sector, is seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service & Administration Officer for a full time opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service within their sports facility. Key responsibilities:
The primary focus of the role is to be responsible for the daily administration and operations of sports programs and facilities. This includes;
- Building long-term relationships with parents and students
 - Provide exceptional customer service and administration support to heads of department
 - Greet students and staff and manage a busy reception
 - Facility maintenance including cleaning schedules and maintaining OH&S standards
 - Manager and support with the external facility, program bookings and schedules
 - Ensure all policies and guidelines are adhered to
 
As the successful candidate you will;
- Demonstrated within a busy and professional customer service and administrative role
 - A sound understanding of sports facilities management or having tertiary qualifications in Sports and Recreation would be considered favourably
 - Previous work experience in a similar facilities environment
 - High attention of detail and a proactive attitude
 - Ability to work collaboratively and to also be self motivated
