About the role
Our client is seeking a skilled and self-motivated Executive Assistant who will play an integral part in organising, prioritising and managing the day-to-day schedule of its focussed, dynamic and busy Managing Director
As a fundamental part of the business unit you will be highly regarded for your EA skills and forward thinking approach. Taking a keen interest in the business you will be assisting the executive effective carry out their day to day requirements and meet their demands.
You will do this through effective diary and email management. There will be extensive detailed travel itineraries, meeting scheduling, preparation of advanced presentations and strong communication skills both written and verbal.
This highly autonomous role requires a proactive, dynamic and confident individual who demonstrates judgment, maturity and discretion at all times. With impeccable presentation and superior communication skills, you also relish the opportunity to demonstrate your initiative. Advanced PC skills and proven success in providing support at the executive level is essential.
