A great opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who has worked within either the professional or financial service sector to support 3 busy partners for one of Australia’s largest professional services firm. You will be an integral part of the business and acting as these busy partners right hand at all times.
The role will offer you variety with key duties including: full diary management, organising travel, PowerPoint presentations, drafting and responding to correspondence, screening emails formatting of tender documents, event coordination, preparing of ¼ reports and working on different projects.
