About the company 

Our client are a leading firm of consulting engineers with a global presence. Our Client are currently looking for a professional and proactive Receptionist who is responsible for assisting in the management of a busy reception and front of house. This will involve meeting and greeting clients. You will also assist the project admin team.  

   
Responsibilities  

The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  

  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls and address queries over the phone 
  • Greet clients and customers at reception 
  • High level administrative support to the team 
  • Support enquiries and put calls through to the relevant departments  
  • Support the project admin team 
  • Management of email, meeting rooms and online bookings 
  • Preparing of management reports
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments  
  • Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members 
  • Ad hoc duties 

 
Requirements/Skills 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, patient and polite 
  • Experience working in a busy receptionist role
  • Corporate environment experience is ideal 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Competency with IT systems 
  • Must be well presented
