Day to Day Duties:

  • Manage and Supervise your team to ensure Customer Services are delivered to the business at a high standard
  • Support Workplace facility requirements
  • Support sites in emergency response activity
  • Provide key business services to the company and its clients
  • Contribute to Workplace relocations, site fit outs and refurbishments if required
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to develop scope and programming of tasks in an efficient manner
  • Manage vendor services
  • Support the team with event management
  • General ad-hoc Administration


Experience needed:

  • Experience in Corporate facilities or Workplace Management
  • Experience in people management or supervisory experience
  • Strong HSE awareness of processes
  • Experience with contributing to strategic direction of Workplace teams
  • Attention to detail
  • High level or written and verbal communication skills
  • MS Suite and Zoom/Teams knowledge
  • Genuinely customer focused, able to use initiative, creative
  • Bubbly, friendly personality
