We are looking for someone with previous experience working as an analyst within a remuneration and/or HR role. Ideally you will have 5+ years’ experience, have strong numerical, analytical, Excel skills and a strong eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience using ERP systems (e.g. Pivot, Oracle) and a good understanding of payroll and HR business processes. If you can work autonomously, have good organisational and time management skills, please apply for the role.

Develop and deliver reward solutions in line with external market practices and business needs that support the HR strategic and annual business plans.
Provide information, support and advice to the business within legislative, regulatory and policy guidelines.
Manage the Out of Cycle process
Support the company through various annual review processes
Remuneration system management
Deliver accurate remuneration and benefits data, metrics, analyses and information.
