Job description
Our client, a leading Transportation organisation, require a motivated Change Analyst to join their team for the implementation of a major HRIS programme. Reporting into the HRIS Project Transformation Lead, the role will be focused on the execution of a Change plan specifically for this implementation. Training will also be provided, giving the successful candidate plenty of opportunity to develop their career with a recognisable brand. This is a part-time 4-day per week role.
Responsibilities will include:

Facilitate the development of change and communications strategy relevant to the HRIS systems implementation..

Apply the Person Centred Implementation (PCI) process and toold to support adoption of the changes required.

Develop and maintain an IT service delivery system rollout plan.

Schedule and deliver workshops and training sessions.

Work with SME’s and end users.

Documentation of business processes relevant to executing the change strategy.

Understand and interpret data relevant to the Change strategy.

Monitor change process using key metrics.

Drive communications and engagement with key internal stakeholders.

Develop and implement a communications plan.

Enable sustainability of the project change in the business.
Requirements:

Must understand HCM/HRIS products on the market; ideally having worked on a similar change plan for one such product (e.g. SuccessFactors or Workday).

Minimum 2-years experience in major change projects.

PCI Qualifications will be a bonus.

Experience in project documentation and communications.

Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to tailor the message to the needs and interests of the audience.

Experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office.
