Job description
We’re working with a leading Telecommunications business based in the Melbourne CBD who currently have an opening for a Project Coordinator to work on a major IT Security Program.
Responsibilities will include:

Support the Security Project Manager in delivering initiatives involved in the Security Transformation Program.

Ensuring team leads and team members are meeting their scheduled requirements.

Providing accurate reporting on Project/workstream statuses through set tools.
-
Management of risk & issues – ensuring accurate statuses are captured, and the plan to mitigate/resolve is articulate.

Diligent tracking of actions and dependencies, with quantified impacts (cost, schedule, scope) if not met.

Tracking of key milestones/deliverables against plan.

Keeping key Project materials up to dates (OB packs, org charts, leave registers, mailing lists).
To be successful for this position you will need to display:
-
Demonstrated experience in coordinating Security Projects.

Schedule tracking & management.
-
Deliverables Tracking & Approval.
-
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Translate operational data into reports and presentations for managers and other senior stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment and manage challenging stakeholders.

Comfortable running stakeholder meetings with 10+ participants.
-
Strong with MS Office.

Flexible and able to multi-task on multiple aspects of a project – manage ambiguity and competing priorities.

Exposure to the Telecommunications sector is a bonus.
