Internal Audit/Risk Advisory Senior Manager

Charterhouse are partnering with a Big 4 Accounting and Advisory firm to help secure them one of their next leaders in their Internal Audit/Risk Consulting division.

This role has recently been created due to a period of continued growth and demand of their services from their client base. As a Senior manager you will be leading from the front, taking charge of a talented team while also being the main point of contact for a variety of clients.

You will be working closely with the partners to plan out how to grow the team further over the next 12-months while also planning your route through to Director. The work you conduct for your clients will change the way they do business through improving their processes and procedures, while also managing risks and reducing costs.


Duties & Responsibilities
 

• Work closely with your clients to implement, monitor and improve risk and compliance frameworks
• Lead internal audit engagements and risk assessments
• Maintain and develop the relationships with your clients through developing productive working relationships
• Advise on operational risk, compliance and governance frameworks and processes
• Internal controls testing

About You
 

• CA, CPA, or CIA qualified
• At least 8 years’ experience in internal controls, internal audit, risk advisory with either a leading professional services firm or blue-chip company
• High knowledge of IIA Standards
• Experience in ERM, data analytics and GRC is desired but not required
• Prior management experience is a must
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
