Job description
Your role as a Recruitment Consultant will be to manage the end to end recruitment processes internally across IT, Digital and Technical roles.
Responsibilities:
- Advertise and market job vacancies
- Interviewing, screening and reference checking candidates
- Prepare candidates for interview
- Provide career and market advice to candidates
- Arranging and negotiating salary packages, contract conditions and job offers
- Sourcing suitable candidates and maintaining suitable networks
- Actively taking an interest and understanding in the client's business needs and their recruitment requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years + in IT, Digital and Tech Recruitment (agency or internal)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and positive approach with a strong team ethic
- Persistence, resilience, drive and determination to succeed
- A background in Financial Services Recruitment would be beneficial but not essential
