Job description
Excellent opportunity for a Lead Business Analyst to play a key role in converting business and process requirements into technical specifications and delivering the technology solution to the business. You will work closely with the Developers, Solution Architects, Business Architects, Testing and Organisation Readiness teams during the solution design, build, test and deploy phases.
To be successful, you will need:
- 15 + years experience in Business Analysis and Solutions Design
- Strong experience converting business requirements to technical specifications and working with technical teams to deliver technology solutions to non-technical end users
- Proven experience in converting business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience working in large and complex organisations in the government and/or education sectors
- Demonstrated team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves
- Strong track record of solutions consulting, working as the technical SME
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
