About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Insightful analysis and reporting of business performance to improve cost management & business results
- Business partnering with multiple departments across finance & operations to analyse financial results with a focus on variances against budgets & forecasts
- Month end management accounting
- Budget Models improvements
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation with Assistant Accountants support
- Due Diligence analysis assisting with establishment of newly acquired management projects and ad hoc project works
- Process improvement Assist team to improve the financial reporting models and monthly end process
- Business Plan Preparation & Presentations
- Building production numbers
- Sales statistics & production statistics
- Total of building costs and other direct costs (blocks under construction)
- Pipeline preconstruction
- Year by year statistics
- Weekly statistics on rolling average
Skills & Experience
To be successful you will be:
- CA Qualified with experience in property or real estate developer essential
- strong communication skills as will have exposure to various internal stakeholders as well as external
- Understand WIP, Cost of Goods and full audit process
