My client is an Australian born FMCG based in Western Sydney looking to hire an experienced National Credit Manager Officer to join their fast paced, high performing team.
The role:
- Managing a large credit team across multiple states
- Management of debtor accounts
- Set and ensure KPI’s and metrics are met
- Strategy implementation
- Maintain relationships with external providers and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement across all areas of the credit space
About You:
- Experience managing a large team of credit officers in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Ability to think outside the box to work through problems and processes
- Experience in driving change and process implementation
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Exceptional work ethic
