About the role:
As the Office Administrator of this Financial Services Organisation, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the office with a wide range of administrative duties. You will act as the 'go to' person in the office and provide excellent support to the operations team.
You will be required to:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors/clients upon their arrival
  • Day to day office coordination - ensuring meeting rooms, and communal areas are well maintained and equip with resources/amenities
  • Develop a general knowledge of the company’s business and customers
  • Assist with filing, scanning, document preparation
  • Mail distribution
  • General administration 
  • Facilities coordination as required
  • Provide support and assistance to the operations team on an ad-hoc basis    

About you:

  • Exceptional attitude, immaculate presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role
  • At least 1-2 years Corporate Reception / Front of House experience is preferable
  • The ability to deal with internal and external stake holders at all levels
  •  Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to self-manage and work well under pressure
  •  Efficient and competent in Microsoft Office suite
