Job description

About the role 

I am looking for somebody who has previously worked in a reception role and is able to commit to working 12.30 – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.   This is a temporary role to start on Monday with the view to be made permanent for the right person.

General duties:

  • Greet clients & arrange beverage requests
  • Organise catering
  • Maintain stationary
  • Maintain the kitchen as well as load and unload the dishwasher
  • Maintain meeting rooms
  • Office scanning & filing
  • Typing
