Job description
Charterhouse are currently working with an SME services business based in the CBD on a Company Accountant role. This role is an all-round accounts role. performing a variety of daily duties including the monthly production of accounts, manage the BAS, PAYG, payroll and other management reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Payroll processes and payments
- BAS/FBT/Payroll Tax preparation and lodgement
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Month end accounts reconciliations and preparation
- Financial reporting and audit support
- Asset entry and depreciation
- Purchase order entry
- Site support such as credit applications, external finance reconciliation (Humm,Zip Pay etc
The ideal candidate will:
- MUST be CA/CPA Qualified – this is non-negotiable
- Have great attention to detail
- Have great communication skills to work with the business
- Must have experience with MYOB
