Job description

This globally recognised Healthcare company has continued to grow from strength to strength.  With several exciting projects now in hand the need for a highly capable and confident Project Manager is required to join their team to support the delivery of a range of implementations including SAP (S4 HANA), ADP and Riteq (Workforce Management)
 
In this role you will be;

  • Developing  project  plans  and  planning,  executing,  tracking  and reporting on project activities across the entire program
  • Developing the core of the project documents including RAIDS, Project Status Updates and Reports
  • Providing leadership and achieving outcomes within tightly controlled time frames
  • Support with managing the overall budget and program costs
  • Proactively monitoring progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action; ensuring effective quality assurance and overall integrity of projects governance arrangements, and that committed business benefits can be realised
  • Managing the input of subject matter experts into key project activities; e.g. detailed design, business process change, change management, data cleansing and user acceptance testing
  • Managing dependencies and interfaces between projects assigned to the Project Manager
  • Undertaking analysis to enable project-related decision making 

 
To excel in this position you will have;

  • Substantial experience managing large technology and transformation projects, particularly SAP implementation, Adaptive Insights, Microsoft Dynamix, Kronos, ERP systems, Workday
  • Extensive working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to analyse, isolate and interpret  business  information  needs  and  assist  in  the development of appropriate solutions
  • Experience in managing change and working collaboratively with a transformation and change manager to ensure a project’s success - building stakeholder commitment to and readiness for change
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies for the projects; track project benefits and outcomes
  • Experience of budget management
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • A high degree of initiative and a flexible approach – comfortable with competing demands, ambiguity and change
  • Ability to undertake some travel interstate and internationally
