About the role
I am currently looking for an experiences Receptionist to join a dynamic industrial company based in Lane Cove. The position is a temporary position with the view to being made permanent for the right candidate.
The position will be full time, paying $30 an hour including Super. There is parking on-site.
Duties to include:
- Manage the reception desk
- Answer all incoming calls
- Organise and manage the meeting rooms
- Support events
- Ad-hoc administration work
- Assisting with expenses/invoices
- Ordering of office stationary
- 2-3 years Reception experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Administration experience
Due to the role being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, candidates on a working Holiday Visa will not be considered.
