Founded in 2003, Charterhouse Recruitment are proudly one of Australia’s largest and most reputable privately owner recruitment organisations. 2018 particularly has been an exceptional year, both from a fiscal and an operational perspective. Our business continues to grow and does so with a solid infrastructure to support this well. All of our 22 business streams are looking to grow and so I have multiple opportunities currently across both of our Sydney and Melbourne locations.
Your role as a Recruiter
Operating a full 360 end-to-end recruitment role, you will be as equally adept at business development as you are with candidate aftercare and indeed all of the various duties and activities between the two. Working closely with a Billing Manager or Billing Director you will develop your desk using the full resources and infrastructure that Charterhouse has to offer.

What do we look for
You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Recruiter already. If you have less than this our focus will be on your time prior to recruitment and your ability to demonstrate the traits that we recruit against. We look for people who can genuinely relationship build, people who are emotionally intelligent, people who are prepared to put our customers first rather than their own interests and people who care enough to want to develop and be a better version of themselves.

You’ll get to meet with the director of the division, along with another director in the business, our group HR Manager, our CEO and the team you’ll be working with.
