We have a position available within our team for somebody to continue the exceptional work done by Poppy across the Government space.​

You’ll be looking at job families such as Communications, HR, Policy and Strategy and Environmental across organisations such as Department of Planning and Environment, Department of Industry and Department of Premier and Cabinet. There's strong job flow across these roles with 10+ new roles per week and the ability to quickly grow a temp book (currently sitting at $8k p/week)​

Whilst there is a constant flow of work coming through, a strong focus would remain across Business Development and account management. This is an extremely fast paced desk and would suit somebody organised, committed and able to deal with multiple roles and challenges simultaneously. ​

The NSW Public Sector account is the number one account for Charterhouse globally with exponential growth in spend year on year that will not be ending anytime soon. We are the second best performing team across the State (only Hays above us) and have carved out an admirable reputation amongst hiring managers and our peers. We do not have candidate ownership across the desk and roles are normally resourced in a quick and efficient manner with help from the team. You will be given all the autonomy, support and guidance to be successful in this position. ​
