Finance Business Partner – Security
- Large organisation in the health sector
- Parking on site
- 12 months Fixed Term Contract
Our Client
We’re working with a public health organisation who’s looking for a Security and Outpatient Project Officer for a 12 month period in the Western Suburbs to help with the internal auditing of security plans, developing reports, and reference papers.
The Role
The Finance Business Partner for the Security team is a key member of the auditing aspect and ensures savings are in place as well as process is up to speed. The main duties include:
- Development of strategies to address security initiatives
- Security Audits and Security Initiatives Assessment Tool
- Improving Outpatient Business Processes
- Lead and manage the project framework aligned with Corporate and Finance Projects
- Implementation of mechanisms to ensure progress is tracked for collection, analysis and reporting of data
- Develop and implement policies, fact sheets and protocols that align with security and finance related projects
- Develop partnership with stakeholders to ensure input
- Provide expert advice on specific issues relating to projects
- Manage and prepare all documentation for meetings as appropriate
- Manage several competing priorities across organisation wide security and finance projects
The Right Candidate
This role requires a lot of internal communication with stakeholders, data collection, data entry and project initiatives. The right candidate will have:
- Excellent and confident communication skills
- Good with people, enjoys dialoguing to reach a positive outcome
- Organisational skills are a must
- Experience in the Health Sector is a must as there will be liaising with EDs and nurses as well as other stakeholders
