- Directly engage with internal and external stakeholders, gather requirements and manage communication.
- Excellent problem solving skillset with the ability to interpret business requirements and translate into actionable analyses.
- Able to process large datasets using SQL to analyse the data and create interesting insights.
- Develop creative dashboards for executives and working level clients.
- Able to conduct strong quality analyses to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Provide expert knowledge on BI tools and reporting to ensure business engagement discussions are guided towards achieving excellence in both the BI tool and reporting outcomes.
- Liaise with the business to understand requirements and translate into technical specifications for user stories in JIRA.
- Translate Business Process into mapping and design concepts.
- Capture and maintain all documentation relating to findings.
- Provide thought leadership on technical business analysis standards and methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
