About the Role
- Concurrently run multiple deployment projects
- Prepare clients to complete technical pre-requisites before deployment starts
- Work with stakeholders to create a project plan with clear success criteria, review the plan with clients, agree on risk and mitigation plan, then execute
- Avoid scope creep by enforcing change control process
- Upon completion of deployment, work with Technical Account Manager to ensure proper handover
- Work with stakeholders to continuously improve deployment process
Skills & Experience
- Project management experience with software or hardware deployment or security engineering
- Japanese speaking is essential
- Ability to manage multiple fast paced projects
- Must be able to independently conduct all customer meetings
- First-class stakeholder management skills – able to identify stakeholders, set expectations, and communicate clearly at all levels
- Experience in cyber security and networking highly desired
