Job description
Due to significant growth within the businesses, and sector more widely, two exciting Underwriting opportunities have been brought to market by these long standing Insurance market powerhouses.
Your responsibilities will span evaluating, tweaking and strengthening company Underwriting policy and controls, interpreting customer and market risks to analyse risk indicators in delivering timely Underwriting decisions and further developing internal data platforms to enhance the Underwriting process ongoing. Levels of authority to be discussed separately.
You are an effective communicator, able to best incorporate the Underwriting process in to the wider company operations. You will advise on, and help drive, company wide change initiatives as well as help develop and mentor junior staff in the organisation.
