Job description
- Senior Scrum Master Financial Services
- Sydney CBD
The Role:
- Working closely with Project teams, Delivery Teams and Clients
- Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies
- Managing multiple streams of all scales through all sprints
- Tracking and communicating information radiators, metrics and sprint release progress
- Ensuring the development teams are embracing and practicing core agile principles
- Managing several stakeholders and promoting Agile methodologies throughout the business
- Some Business Analysis work as required, predominantly business focused
Requirements:
- Qualified Scrum Master
- Financial Services experience is mandatory
- Experience leading, coaching, developing and training teams from Inception through to release using Agile principles & frameworks
- Guiding and coaching teams in the adoption of the Agile mind-set and best practices
- First class verbal and written communication skills
- A background in Business Analysis is also mandatory for this role
