Job description

​​​​​​​Manage a portfolio of senior executive roles for this Government department, ensuring the highest level of service is provided to clients & candidates

The Role:  

  • Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition services for senior executive roles across this Government Agency including executive talent pools and the management of executive onboarding
  • Creating and submitting senior executive contracts and Secretary briefing documents
  • Driving efficiency and consistency in the provided services, support and advice on talent acquisition services
  • Providing expert advice and recommendations on best practice candidate attraction and assessment
  • Designing and developing fit for purpose assessments for executive roles within the Department
  • Actively participating on executive interview panels and assessments
     

About you:

  • You will have a natural flare and ability to establish and maintain very strong client relationships
  • Strong communicator
  • Extensive experience in managing and undertaking executive recruitment services including executive search, candidate attraction and assessment
