About the role

  • In this role you will be Team Assistant across multiple teams dealing with Senior Level Executives and EA’s.
  • You will be required to:
  • You will assist in the preparation of correspondence, presentations and reports,
  • The onboarding of new employees
  • Travel arrangements including domestic and international for senior executives
  • Expense management including monthly credit card and invoice reconciliations
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels with professionalism
  • Assistance with organising company events and staff conferences


About you

  • Good judgement and decision-making skills
  • Strong team player
  • Time management skills with the ability to manage competing and changing deadlines
  • Corporate business presentation
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
