Job description
- Part time, 3 days per week
 - 12-month contract
 - $30 per hour + Super

Day to Day Duties:
- Support the team on day to day requirements and act as first point of contact
 - Assist Report proof reading, formatting, editing.
 - A large amount of tracking, coordination and reporting.
 - Attendance at meetings from time to time to minute key actions
 - Assist site office with 100+ staff in temporary site accommodation requiring coordination of all requirements of occupation.
 - Assistant in coordinating team events / functions
 - Work closely with the clients/important stakeholders
 - Assist in the preparation of various documents including but not limited to reports, PowerPoint presentations, letters, spreadsheets, file notes
 - Assistance of Org Chart updates using InDesign
 - Booking meeting rooms, facilities, equipment, catering and services for the team
 - Managing, reconciling and processing expenses
 - Prioritise workload to manage and meet competing deadlines of a busy team
 - Coordinating the arrival of any new starters including welcome email and documentation
 - Draft and amend correspondence including but not limited to letters, emails and file notes
 - Receiving and accurate filing of original documents as required
 - Manage photocopying, printing, scanning and binding as required
 - Attend team meetings as required
 
Experience needed:
- Previous experience in a busy Admin support role
 - Ideally commercial building experience
 - Intermediate PC skills – Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
 - Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
 - Decision making capabilities
 - High levels of initiative and problem-solving skills
 - Time management skills
 - Strong customer service ethic
 - Confident with high levels of enthusiasm and professionalism
