Technical Support Assistant

Location: O'Connell Street, Kingswood
Pay Rate: $43.10 p/h + Super
Hours/day: 7
Hours/week: 35
The Technical Support Assistant provides to solve reported issues, install software and tools, manage general administrative issues in line with established objectives.
- Provide support to users and solve non-complex problems to minimise system down-time and loss of productivity
- Complete simple / standard set-up activities for computers, printers, multifunction devices, audio-visual equipment and other ICT systems in line with Service Level Agreements to ensure compliance with organisational standards
- Monitor the performance of systems and assist with the identification of potential issues and propose solutions
- Under direction, carry out scheduled compliance audits including asset stocktakes, access account control reviews, and internal and external contact list updates.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 2-3 years IT Technical Support experience
- Windows OS -7/8/10
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Desktop/laptop, Printer and additional hardware support
