Accounts Receivable, 12M FTC, CBD & WFH, $65-70k + super

Market leading Property Investment company managing multi billion $ portfolios in the corporate, healthcare, industrial and Government industries.
They have a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join on a 12month Fixed Term Contract.
The ideal candidate will provide support in the delivery of efficient operational processes within the Business Services team specifically within the Accounts Receivable team.
- End-to-end processing of invoices
- Entering receipts and invoices into the accounting system
- Management of billings and collections, proactively collecting funds with the ability to build relationships and build rapport with great customer service at the forefront
- Banking, cash and cheque deposits, processing credit card payments and keeping track of aged debtor
- Low volume outbound calls including debt collection
- Month end debtor reporting
- Assisting customers and clients with answering their queries
About you:
- At least three years in a similar type role
- Ability to work autonomously and a spart of a collaborative team
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
