  • Up to 95,000k + Bonus

Our client, a progressive Chartered Accounting firm are seeking a personable and highly motivated Client Relationship Manager.

You will be responsible for providing high quality service to clients and professional support to the client advisers. In this role you will be reporting to one Client Adviser and Practice Manager.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Assist with reception and switchboard duties  
  • Administrative and operational duties
  • Arrange client appointments as required   
  • Monitor inbox and calendar of the Client Advisers
  • Maintain document management system and ensure all staff use it correctly   
  • Prepare proposals, engagement letters and correspondence and reports as directed in an accurate and timely manner   
  • Maintain accurate daily timesheets
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly invoices as well as review and chase accounts receivable  
  • Management of the lodgement list, ATO debts and payments  
  • Manage corporate compliance, lodgements, forward annual statements and set up tasks and reminders
Essential:     
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role 
  • No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, studies in Business Administration and/or bookkeeping experience would be highly regarded
  • Intermediate / Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Highly developed relationship-building skills  
  • High attention to detail with superb organisation skills  
  • Knowledge of proposals of ATO, ABN, GST highly regarded    
  • Financial Services industry knowledge will be highly regarded
