About the Role
• Responsible for building relationships with non-finance teams to support their business decision-making
• Day-to-day relationship management and business partnering throughout the institute
• Undertaking strategic and operational planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting
• Independent role, acting as the second-in-command to the Senior Leader overseeing the division
• Lead and review the delivery of the month end process.
Skills & Experience
• CPA/CA qualification required
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on business partnering
• Proven experience collaborating with non-finance teams and delivering value
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
