About the Company

 

A great opportunity for an experienced Client Services Administrator who is looking to take the next step with ASIC experience.  Overseeing the day to day administration operations and supporting the administration team managing the workflow, while building and maintaining relationships through excellent service delivery.

Working with a team of experts in their field who are dedicated to exceptional financial solutions servicing clients within the NFP, Health, Government and many more.

 

About the Role

If you are an ambitoius learner, the role will present variety in your day with the following:

 

Key skills/ responsibilities:   

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients
  • Client onboarding and document management
  • Supporting the Directors and managers
  • Coordinate ASIC and ATO payments
  • Manage the administration workflow
  • Assist in training new administration staff
  • Implementing process improvement
 
About you: 
  • 3 years experience within the public practice sector and ASIC
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to prioritise your work
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Pro active approach towards your work
