Customer Service Specialist
- $65,000k + Super

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for dealing with Inbound & Outbound calls and queries from existing customers.
- Providing accurate information about products, processes and policies
- Providing technical support and quotations
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be a permanent resident and fully vaccinated
