Job description
- CBD Location + Hybrid once fully trained

Day to Day Duties:
- Inbound and calls in relation to policies
- Inbound calls for renewals, alterations, and cancellations
- Case work follow up
- Client and customer liaison
- Email correspondence
- Data entry
- General administration
Experience needed:
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is advantageous
- A positive attitude and friendly/outgoing personality
- A willingness to learn
- Police check if successful
- Fully vaccinated | PR
