Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat) with a focus on resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour, creating a positive experience for our customers.
- Analyse and resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Assist with the analysis and compilation of sales reports, coordinate and gather information, and contribute to sales operations and requirements.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to contribute to ongoing process improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and customer feedback to enhance service quality.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
- Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment, including weekends and holidays.
