About the company
My client is a leading national FinTech organisation. They are currently recruiting for a .NET Team Lead on a long term fixed term contract. MUST be Australian based and have full working rights.
About the role
In this role you will be responsible for leading between 4-6 developers from a coaching and mentoring perspective as well as being a hands on Full Stack Developer across the full SDLC. They are rewriting their applications from end to end so you will be focusing on their greenfield projects! The split between leadership and development is 40/60 and they are looking for someone that has the ability to influence team members rather than direct them!
