We are looking for an energetic and dependable HR Generalist / Strong HR Coordinator to join this close-knit team 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Handling day to day enquiries from employees and team members on HR related issues, policies and procedures, and payroll 
  • Assisting our team members with advice related to legislation, awards, policies and procedures 
  • Create and implement HR initiatives to further support the company culture of collaboration 
  • Review, and implement streamline process across the company 
  • Supporting managers with general queries 
  • Process, verify and maintain accurate documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and performance evaluations on HRIS portal 
  • Driving the company values and culture 
  • Managing all internal critical employee touch points and employment relations cases, including but not limited to probations, performance, conduct, grievances and complaint matters 
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction program and seek feedback to proactively assist with resolving any issues 

 

To be considered for this exciting position: 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive ‘can do’ approach 
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships 
  • HR Generalist / HR Coordinator with 3 - 5 years’ experience 
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining high attention to detail
