Job description

  • 3 days a week 
  • ASAP - 30/6/22, view to extend 
  • $38.33 p/h + Super | Hybrid | WFH 

I’m looking for a HR / Talent Administrator with a Great can-do attitude  



  • Maintain all HR records, files, registers and databases, as well as HR forms and templates.  
  • Maintain HR records including the documentation of all HR issues.  
  • Maintain policy and procedure documents and records.  
  • Accurate and timely collation of data for HR metrics, WHS and P&C reporting.  
  • Co-ordinate processes, documents and records for employee movements and changes including producing and updating organisational charts. 


About  you 

  • 1-2 years HR administrative role.
  • Great stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level oral and written communication skills. 
  • Attention to detail and an interest in understanding, interpreting and analysing data. 
  • The ability to work collaboratively and to develop positive working relationships with colleagues. 
  • A genuine interest in continuous improvement in Human Resources
